What a simple game of a Stick and a ball transformed into??
I don't remember or could visualize the time this simple game was played or even viewed as a game. It has become such an obsession, passion, religion and what not.
May be before '83 ie, before the cricketer of the millenium led indian team to World cup victory, there was some thing called a game of Cricket, Or was it? I doubt.
Do we have players like Kapil Dev any more? May be Dravid, Kumble or like players were the last we had of that sort.. no more now. And its not the fault of players, the simple game has become too big for any one.
What a mix of Bollywood and Cricket this IPL has created>>>
